I've always had a big reverse C finish and an aggressive swing. I play well enough to not want to change, but I'm just putting myself through agony now. It's getting to the point where I can see I can't play 3+ days per week as I have in the past and surgery might actually be worth the risk.
Is stack and tilt a little easier on the lower back. It seems like it might be less stressful on that area. I have never even tried it.

I am no expert, but from some discussions I have heard, stack and tilt rather makes a bad back worse.
