I have been working on an old Hogan tip recently. Basically just set up with your right knee flexed inward and at the same time, rotate your femur outward. It creates a nice stable set up and when you get to the top of your back swing, you're basically forcing yourself to swing with your hips and hit down on the ball with a square face.
