Ok, here goes:

I was thinking BBQ since it's hot, but Xnavy just served that up right not too long ago, so we'll go with some home cooked Mexican food.

I'll serve up some chicken and steak fajitas - cooked of course with onions, tomatoes, and some fresh bell peppers.
I'll get my wife to make a couple pans of her famous enchiladas - chicken, cheese, and beef.
We'll have sides of beans, rice, guacamole, etc
Chips, salsa, and plenty of cheese dip.

For dessert: Some gooey cake, and maybe some apple cobbler and ice cream.
