Another option for members is the
Ignore List. If experience has taught you that most or all of a person's posts are of no interest to you, you can put that person on your Ignore list. Here's how:
Click on User CP and look at all the options on the left side. At the bottom is a list of "Miscellaneous" options, one of which is called "Buddy/Ignore lists." Click on that. Up comes a box that includes a space to list buddies and (below it) a space to list anyone you want to ignore. In the "Ignore List" portion of the box, type the member's screen name in the "Add New User to List" box and then click the "Save List" button. (The "Add New User to List" box will empty and you can add more names if you want.)
Later, if you want to take someone
off your Ignore List, come back to this place and uncheck the box next to their name and click on the "Save List" button.
When someone is on your Ignore List, you'll see that they have posted to the thread, but you won't see what they wrote. You'll just see this:

This message is hidden because (member's screen name) is on your ignore list.

We're all different and have different people we pay attention to and different people we ignore. It's natural. The Ignore feature makes it easy to limit your GRW experience to the people whose stuff you want to read.
