Ok - here goes. I'm going with Italian because that's what I cook best.

Sausage & Robiola crostini
Gnocchi with a tomato and basil sauce
Shrimp scampi
New potatoes with rosemary
Arugula salad with fennel and blood oranges
Zabaglione with fresh berries
Flourless chocolate cake - gotta have cake
