Shorty,
grips are a real "feel" preference thing. If you like the -3/64 size and feel is comfortable then by all means get them changed. A proplery sized grip can help confidence which translates into better golf cutting a half inch off the driver will change the swing weight of the club to make it feel a bit lighter in the head. |

Cutting will make lower the swingweight, but if you put a lighter grip (undersize), it will balance out and the swingweight should be close to what it was.

Hit both old drivers today, working out the kinks before busting out the new r7... The 44.5" was MUCH easier to hit on center - and it's only 280cc!
