Lanzarote
As you fly over this volcanic island , you will see 18 patches of grass. It is the Costa Teguise Golf Club.
The course is excellent ,but if you miss the fairway ,you are playing off volcanic rock and will ruin your clubs. People either took an old six iron to save their clubs or dropped back on the fairway adding 25 or more yards.
