What is your opinion of this Henry Griffits fitting info?

Ok, here's what I know about my swing and preferences:

95-100 driver ss, runs out 240 - 270 depending on course conditions.

I try to have a smooth tempo swing, somtimes get quick on the way back down.

I prefer regular flex shafts. I demo'd my G5 in stock stiff and could hit it, but felt I really had to work to hit it. Same way with my A2 20? NV 85 S hybrid...gotta work to hit it. R flex driver/fw's/irons do not work me to get a good shot.

7 iron is my 150 club.

I play a mild draw, rarely fade, almost never slice.

Last fall I had a Henry Griffits fitting done at Martin's. Went in for a fitting, they chose to use this system. What they told me for my 5 iron set up:

37.5" length
4? up
OS Cb's
5 iron frequency of 274.
They recommended the Griffits Flexi Firm shaft...supposed to be between R and S as I recall.

I'm 6'0", 185. The PING online fitter puts me at standard length, 2? up. Had my lie angle checked with my rac OS2's (tape/board) and it came up 2-3? up.

Also, I do not plan to use this info for fitting...seems wrong to me.

I'm just curious to your opinions?
