Callaway FT strong 3 wood

I ordered a Callaway FT strong 3 wood (13 degree) with an Adilla NVS 55-S shaft from callawaypreowned and received it yesterday. I got it for $125 and I think I got a pretty good deal. I'm hoping the weather holds out so I can try it out today. Has anyone else tried this club? I'm hoping to hit it around 230 yards.

Re: Callaway FT strong 3 wood

Isn't the 55 a little light for a 3 wood? If you hit it good it doesn't matter.

Re: Callaway FT strong 3 wood

I played my first round with my new 3 wood and I think in time I will like it. I didn't have a chance to hit balls before our round so I was not sure what to expect. The first few I hit hooked on my but the more I hit the better I got a feel for the club. Hopefully this club will help on some of our long par 5s.

Re: Callaway FT strong 3 wood

I've got this club with a Callaway stiff shaft. It is my go to club. Only good to about 220. Now and then I'll hit it 230, but I use it for 200-220 or tight/short holes. I like it.
