Cleveland HiBore

I just hit a HiBore at the range as well as a Ping G5, Nike Sumo, and a Cobra F-Speed... by far the HiBore felt better but I was liking the G5's shaft (Prolaunch blue)... how hard would it be to get the HiBore with that shaft? Would it be something the shop could do there or would I be able to do that online?
thanks,
Adam

Re: Cleveland HiBore

Any desent shop should be able to do that for you. You might even find a hibore with one already in it on ebay. I think the pro launch was an option on the hi bore. I would find a shop with one and hit it though just to make sure the combo works well.

Re: Cleveland HiBore

What are some good websites to look for this combination @. Currently I know about the following:
rockbottomgolf.com
tgw.com

i'm skeptical about ebay... although I don't refuse to use it.

thanks,
Adam

I've never bought from him, but he has pretty high feedback.

Re: Cleveland HiBore

He seems pretty legit, but I'm thinking if you look around somemore, be a bit patient you can probably get one for an even better price.

Re: Cleveland HiBore

Usually if they have over 500 feedback and all of them are positive then they'll more than likely be legit. It's the guys with 25 feedbacks that are selling say a TM r7 460 for $95 you have to worry about.

For me, I didn't hook the older version of the hibore (I was lucky to demo one with a pretty square face ). But I found it was shorter for me than my current driver at the time. I keep hearing great things about the new XL, can't wait to give that one a go
