Golf, Grandchildren, and Mickey Mouse

OK, taking the extended family to Disney first of June, (staying in private house about 5 miles from Disney), and looking for "reasonable" golf in the area. The deal is, a day or 2 at Disney, and then 3 or 4 days of golf for me, my son, and son-inlaw. I understand that "reasonable" is a relative term, but in particular for the "kids" I would like to keep it in the $50 - $60 range if possible....may be dreaming, but thought I'd ask what the chances are of finding something in that range within 30-45 minute drive.

Not sure if this is the right forum or not....obviously don't mind it being moved if necessary.

Thanks

Re: Golf, Grandchildren, and Mickey Mouse

I think it shouldn't be a problem during June, that's actually the cheapest time of the year down here. I'd expect you could find some good courses to play for $40 or less. There's sites like lastminutegolfer.com and gogogolf.net that you can check a day or so before you want to play and find a tee time. Places like Diamondback, Legends, Hawk's Landing, Royal St. Cloud and probably a lot of others usually make tee times available on these sites. I've heard some good things about these, though I've never played them. Maybe someone who lives over that way can give you more first-hand knowledge.
