Re: Srixon Trispeed

This has got to be one of the worse golf balls that I have ever hit, the sound when hit even in the sweet spot of the driver has a thud not a crisp click like most three piece premium balls have and the carry on the driver is at least 10-15 yards less than with say with other comparable three piece balls. The same goes for of the irons get that same feel just not a crisp snap they do hold on the greens well but in my opinion I would not spend $29.95 dozen for these balls they are no where near the hype that Srixon advertise the balls to be. Someone else may find these to be great golf balls but for me they score a double bogy.

Re: Srixon Trispeed

I have heard the same thing - and I've heard it so many times that I won't ever buy these to "officially" try out (of course, "free" is another thing altogether ) I believe it was a good idea, just lousy engineering on the TriSpeed.
