Thanks, guys!
For dinner.....I think barbeque is a great summertime meal. So, we'll be eating outside, and having the following... We'll be having your choice of barbeque: - beef brisket  - baby back ribs  - pulled pork - chicken  On the side, we're going for coleslaw (fresh home made - not out of a bin at the deli), corn on the cob (off the grill and still inside the husk, not out of a pot of water), sliced tomatoes, and stuffed baked potatoes (you can choose from butter, sour cream, chives, cheese, bacon, chili). For drinks, long necks iced down in buckets, for those who like a beer with their BBQ.  We'll also have lemonade and ice tea (sweetened and unsweetened).Dessert will be Key Lime pie. Not that it is associated w/BBQ, but just because I like it! Hope you all enjoy dinner!

Congratulations on the milestone, and awesome! on the menu for the BBQ! That sounds great!
I'm going to be sacreligious and try to smoke some N.C. style pulled pork this weekend, complete with the vinegar/pepper sauce.

Nice menu!!!
My mother's side of the family is from NC and guard their BBQ (pulled pork) recipes with their collective kitchen knives...some things you just can't get outside of the US...make me a little homesick
