Tour 18 ????

friday, i'm going to play Tour 18, just outside of Houston and i was wondering if anyone had played it before, and what they thought about the course? i'm also headed to the Baton Rouge area on monday to play Beaver Creek in Zachary in the morning, and playing The Island in Plaquemine in the afternoon, any thoughts on these courses would be appreciated as well.

Re: Tour 18 ????

I have played it a few times and have always enjoyed it. The holes are fairly accurate copies of holes on many well known golf courses around the USA.

I've got to echo what Walker says. It was a lot of fun, particularly the copy of Amen Corner.

It's not bad. The Amen Corner holes are nice. I think I remember a Pebble Beach copy that was a bit ridiculous in the north Houston pines with no water.
