Re: Mizuno MX-25

i just tried some Mizuno MX-25's with stiff shaft, and im done searching... when i was at the shop, i told one of the pros there my handicap, what clubs i currently have and all that jazz. he gave me some suggestions and i opted to try them out. i hit one ball and i heard two of the pros whispering to eachother after my swing. i hit one more and they felt GREAT, when i heard "what did you say your handicap was again?" i turned and answered, "a 17" the pro said, "that doesn't look like a 17 swing, what part of your game are you struggling with?" i told him, driving and he said, "well if you fix that, you could be a lot better than a 17."

needless to say, i was stunned that a negative handicapper liked my swing and i was very happy to find the right set. am looking to purchase some time this year...

Re: Mizuno MX-25

I have a MX 25 demo 6 Iron and I hit it during this mornings round, and hit it much better than I hit my own graphite shated 6 ...... + 10 yards, hi flite , and Straight, and in steel shaft.

SWEET! Club. I thought I was too old for steel shafts in Irons. Must be getting Younger..LOL Feel and distance and ballflight are amazing. I may have to Deal on a set of these!

they came and they are the best feeling clubs i have ever had, and i have had a few sets in my 3 year golf life. would recommend to anyone to at least give them a demo to see if you really like them as well. they are fantastic.

Re: Mizuno MX-25

I personally don't have a set, but my best friend has a set of these with Rifle 5.5 shafts. I have hit them quite a bit and really like the feel of the club. Their Mizuno irons, so that basically sums it up. The only problem I have with his clubs are the fact that I'm not a huge fan of rifle shafts. I'm not sure what the reason is, but I just seem to hit DG shafts much better. The MX-25 on its own gets 2 thumbs up though
