Anyone else try the Swingyde?

I realize that this is an old 'training aid' but I saw it in the store for $10. I had used it when I started learning but gave it back to my friend. I was having trouble with my swing so I bought it.

Combined with lessons, I found it to be helpful for my swing. I have put it on my driver, hybrid and even my fairway woods. I am still working on hitting the 3 wood off the deck again.

It really helped with my very flawed backswing (along with lessons). A guy was watching me (prior to a lesson I had) and told me to just hold the club up and rotate my body and swing from that position. I had nailed it. However, I couldn't hit it from setting the club down and swing back to that position. Anyways, I didn't realize that I was doing a reverse pivot (when I was doing the 'head start' swing my weight was shifting properly).

Anyways: I found thing aid to help me straighten out my swing with most of the clubs in the bag. If I can only hit the driver consistently straight and hit the 3 wood off of the deck, I would be happy. I am giving up the 7 wood (which I felt was just an easy crutch)
