Eagle Crest, Oregon
Eagle Crest course(s) are located just west of Redmond Oregon. Redmond is about 10 miles north of Bend.
This is an incredibly well kept golf course. Greens are always fully manicured, the design is almost championship grade, and it's just a great place to play a round. Bit of a drive from Portland (3 hours or so) but it's one of those things that should be done once a year or so. There are actually quite a few good courses in the Bend area but Eagle Crest is one of the best.
