Works great with all clubs. I use my SSR/TT and work on making a half swing with a wedge, and try to get the same swing speed and Tempo Time. If I can do that well, my distance control is very good as well. I work on 1/2 and 1/4 swings with all my wedges and it really helps when I need to hit an approach shot close. It's also a great way to see what your 5 iron speed is. Again, trying different tips will show you which ones really work at generating more club head speed, and which ones don't.
