Database errors

It has come to my attention through email that the board is experiencing some database errors for users. I know this because I'm getting an email about it, but I have yet to be able to reproduce the error myself. Please if you get a database error, post the part of the site you were attempting to access and what the database error said. You can find this out by right clicking with the database error page pops up, select view source and then copy the information that is shown. I want to track these errors and see if I can find the cause of the errors and get it fixed.
