Ghost Threads

I've noticed lately that when I hit the arrow to return to the topic page of the forum from another page I'll get an old topic page with old "ghost threads." It's usually the same page popping up over and over again. I then need to hit the refresh button to return to the current topics page. Any thoughts?

Gonna need more info Johneli. What arrow.. the back arrow on your browser ? And as for "ghost threads" that's just scary ... seriously though, what do you mean by "ghost threads" ?

OK, this never happens when I log in. It only happens when I hit the back arrow on the browser up top. Here's what happens: The first page of the forum shows up as expected, but the topics are from like two or three weeks ago!! It's like a paper jam in the browser. That old page (the same one with the same old topics) keeps popping up in place of the new page that's supposed to be there. The only way I can come "back from the past" is to hit the refresh button on the browser. This has happened about 10 times. Gotsta be a server problem.

What can I do the next time this happens that will allow League to direct his attention to it?

I haven't been able to duplicate your problem and no one else seems to be experiencing this so I've contacted Dr. Emmett Brown to see if he can help.

it sounds like it's an issue with your internet history and or cookies. Try clearing your cookies, temp files and history and see if that corrects the problem.

Yeah, definitely a browser cache issue. You're not using AOL or Earthlink or some other ISP version of a browser are you? Or some kind of software that claims to "speed up" your internet?

Ghosts, ghosts.....there are no such things as ghosts! but, Gremlins....maybe! That`s If you can manage to actually spot the gremlin in the background on this video clip!

I don't believe in ghosts but I have seen Gremlins with my own eyes!
