Re: UST Proforce V2

Excellent shaft and well worth the respectable $70 for so for it. Great feel and control.

Re: UST Proforce V2

I found it to be a little high spin for me, ball tended to launch a little higher than I like, with the excess spin it tended to balloon on me. Solid feel and very smooth coming through impact though.

Re: UST Proforce V2

I found the 65gm shaft to launch a bit higher than I'd like, however, I never had problems with it ballooning. The 65gm model, felt very smooth through impact and I could feel the shaft load and unload very nicely.

With the 75gm shaft (inserted into a 905R bore-thru head), led to a medium launch with less spin than the 65gm. It feel a bit more stout, due to the lower torque rating. However all in all great shafts for the money spent!

Re: UST Proforce V2

I love the v2 for the money! It is going to be offered as a stock option in the sumo and sumo2 for people, so that is a heck of a deal! It has a great trajectory with tight shot dispersion! I like it a lot!

Re: UST Proforce V2

.

This is "The One"!

The V2 has the muscle to handle an aggressive swing but has a tip section that releases like butter. Very smooth, very easy to swing and very lively.

For me, it's the perfect shaft.

Re: UST Proforce V2

My son went from a Callaway FT-3 Aldila NVS 65 to a Titleist 907 UST Proforce V2 and from the get go he was hitting tighter drives and more fairways.... oh yea, and longer too . It was funny, I was starting to look up specs for shafts for a new driver for him and ended up with the UST Proforce V2, but didn't know how to suggest that to him (because, I'm no where near his handicap/scoring ability, so what the heck to I know?, lol). Then he went for a 2-hr fitting session and that ended up being the shaft that gave him the best specs on the analyzer equipment and he must have tried 8 driver/shaft combinations including his current driver, sot that was pretty funny.
