Re: Post Count Restoration

I think making everyone start out at zero will make them want to post even more and get this lovely new site off the ground even quicker

Thank you very much. I fought with installing the vbulletin software to the server for about 5 hours yesterday before I got it running. Lol, and of course it was one simple line of coding mistake that I overlooked.

I agree. No point in restoring posts that no longer exist.

Re: Post Count Restoration

I agree with the others that starting out fresh will get people to post more frequently and get more good topics started for new members to see when they come to check out the site.

it really doesn't matter to me, we all know who is who here, and will get to know about new members, lets just start on a level playing field.

Re: Post Count Restoration

New site, fresh start, the same can be done with post counts I think. Plus, it's not like those posts will be available anyway if the old GR post counts are restored.

Also, this is a great opportunity for Leaguegolf to be taken down a notch or two... (just teasin' man, we like you )

We have spellcheck if you click advanced. Still haven't figured how to add it to the quick post block yet.

Re: Post Count Restoration

I feel we should carry post count over. It shows the years we have contributed and it shows the senior status as well as those of who can help out the newer people with prior knowledge. I know personally Id take advice from someone with 10000 post over someone with 100.
