Well its that time of the year again. The bowl picks are out (like'em or hate'em) and the dates are set. Since we did this last year and everyone seemed to enjoy it, I figured we would do it again this year but make the stakes alittle higher. This year we will be giving away a $200.00 gift certificate to the winner of the college bowl pick'em contest (The overall winner if I have to have more then one group created).

How to become a participant

1) Go to the espn.com college bowl pick'em website and join or sign in
College Bowl Mania: Frontpage

2) Pick winning teams and rank then in terms of confidence

3) Join Solid Rock Golf.com Private group
Group name - Solid Rock Golf.com
Password - epic

4) Once this is done you need to go to Solid Rock Golf | Building Your Game On A Solid Foundation and click on the contact us link at the bottom of the front page. Please fill out the Name (first/last), Email, Contact # and your Espn Nickname in the group.

Only 1 registration per person and all steps must be done before 12/20/07 to claim your prize. Please email me at christian@solidrockgolf.com if you have any questions.

Actually I just checked and I was wrong... I picked the score to be OSU 17 and LSU 33

I believe its a good guess.

I do have Oklahoma beating WVU...

My one question would be "How would LSU score that much on Ohio St. when they had problem scoring that much on any team other than Po Dunk U. I think the 17 looks about right for LSU perhaps against OSU's defense but I can't see LSU's defense holding back OSU from less than 24 minimum. Just my non-biased opinion. The only chance I see LSU having is if OSU turns the ball over 3 or more times.

I'm going to set up a threesome in a neutral site. Say ummm I don't know... Tennessee, on a nice "hilly" golf coarse for a fun day playing with two friends. The two guys playing will be Coralpro and Leaguegolf.

You're probably right. All that "hot air" coming from you would be tough but I'd do my best to help SolidRockGolf get through all 18 holes.

That wouldn't be the issue at all. I'd want to know why you made all the lucky shots and I didn't.

Probably could be the overranked course was to your advantage.

We'll use the BCS system to determine the top two players after the 18 holes and those two players will play a sudden death to determine the National Cham.... I mean winner.
