Hi again!
Been away since middle of May and neglected this great forum and its members (sorry), new job,courses and training like mad for a marathon on September 7th and a 36 mile run in October(must be done in 5 hours) so you can imagine! Along with a torn Adductor in right leg I,ve just had a nightmare but will visit as often as I can!
