Players Pants

Ok, so as I watch these events on TV I see tons and tons of players wearing WHITE not bone or stone or ivory pants. I have been looking for a decent/good pair of WHITE dress slacks/golf pants for about the last year and have come up empty handed, what gives? Anybody out there know of any where I could find a decent/good pair of white slacks?

Re: Players Pants

When the stores get their spring lines in you may find white slacks.

Re: Players Pants

The higher end designers, Calvin Klein, J Lindenberg, Armani, etc. have white pants. A little on the pricier side, but they are nice.

Re: Players Pants

yeah, I have checked a few "men's stores" that had their cheapest slacks marked at about $90 a pop but I have struck out so far. But I will continue to check when spring is getting closer.

Re: Players Pants

Being in the Navy for 10 years pretty much gave me my fill of wearing white pants!

Re: Players Pants

White pants...ok I guess I can live with that, but what the heck is with all of this white belt wearing. WHITE BELTS ARE UGLY and should stay in the 1970's....I don't care what you're wearing them with.

Re: Players Pants

oh come on, white belts aren't bad with dress pants and a dress shirt (atleast not in my opinion). The thing that I think should stay in the 70's are the black golf gloves, those thing make me sick to my stomach.

Re: Players Pants

That's funny because I like black gloves. I think that's just the baseball player coming out in me though, I used to hate white gloves so maybe thats just me.

I'm with you for the exact same reason. I was just thinking the other day that you can't even find black gloves anymore. Sorry for the threadjack.

Re: Players Pants

If you go with the white pants, you have to have the obligatory white belt with the oversized designer buckle if you want to keep up with the fashion times...saw plenty of this on the course today at the Indonesian Open...even saw one guy (Simon Dyson) rocking some black pinstripes...I am a khaki guy myself, but to each his own...
