I've been on the street he lives on...and his house isn't even the nicest on the block. I like some of the rooms, the den, the kitchen, but some is just too gaudy for my taste. Nice shower though. Worth 12mil...probably not in this market,, even for Rancho Santa Fe.

Phil's place kinda reminds me of the Sultan's places in the Middle East. I would much prefer something more modern and clean..lots of glass and flat roofs, lots of angularity. If I'm gonna shell out that kind of money, I want something no one else has lived in...

It's got a putting green next to the pool what more could one ask for.

Or League (our fearless leader) could snap it up and have man cave number 2 on the west coast.
