What did you wear today?

It was so warm here I was able to wear shorts today. They were blue & white seersucker bermuda shorts with a cuff. I wore a white sleeveless golf shirt, my new black shoes and a skinny black leather belt.

I broke out my new shoes this week now that it's not quite so sloppy. They feel as if I've been wearing them for years, which was my only concern.

Last time out I wore my dark blue cargo shorts, an untucked golf shirt (white with large blue horizontal stripes), FootJoy ankle socks, my black Nike golf shoes I was given as part of a player's package in a charity scramble, and a "MacTec" grey and white golf cap. No belt - with a build like mine they are rarely necessary to keep your pants up!

I have cleaned all of the little water & mud spots off of the new shoes after each round, but I'm sure I'll get over that after the newness wears off.

I wasn't commenting on whether your shoes were clean. I know you want people to notice how stylish your outfit including your shoes is.

I wore my black dockers with a blue shortsleeve shirt w/ some sort of black squiggles. I have an assortment of golf shirts and sweatshirts for different weather from 40* and above in my back seat.

They will fade in the sun if you're not careful.

Went out Saturday afternoon and bought myself a black Ping stand bag (ultralightweight) so that I would no longer have to be concerned that my bag also match my ensemble'. I also bought some more black shoes for when I wore grey or black slacks. This thread is turning me into a fashion diva!

I got my new kicks last night. Now I just need to find some nice black shorts and a nice polo to wear with them for my tournament at Turtle Bay this Sunday!

They are the Nike Air Zoom Elite. This is the link to TGW, but I got them off of eBay for about half the price. I got lucky, I guess.

And they are super comfortable. I'd say they are up there in comfort with my Adidas 360 IIs.

Those are some great shoes - Nike makes some sharp looking shoes, but they just don't fit me well. It's funny - for years I pretty much only wore Etonic, and FootJoys always hurt my feet; now I have 5 pairs of golf shoes - 1 pair of Dexters and 4 FootJoys. I learned that if I get a FootJoy in a wide width they fit me great! Maybe if I got Nike a size too large they would work for me as well...

I've never been able to wear Nike. I have high arches and there are a limited number of brands that suit me. Reebok sneakers for instance. I have very wide feet ...12 2E or 3E. I guess all they have is regular and wide in most brands of golf shoes. I went up to 13 wide with the Etonics I just bought and they fit me great.

Jeans and a polo or jeans and a pocket T is mostly what I wear. Hot summertime I wear my microfiber slacks and polos or microfiber shorts and polos. I just love anything microfiber when it gets hot down here.

It was damp & windy today so I wore khakis, a long sleeve white t-shirt, an aqua baby cable knit sweater, black wind vest, black shoes & black hat.
