I just found out a neighbor, who lives somewhere between a 6 and a 7 iron away, is a senior writer for Golf World. I got talking to a guy during our bout with rain at the course the other day, and he mentioned he was working on a house with a slate roof in the town I live in (which ain't big), etc. etc., and that it turns out that's what he does for a living.

Interesting. I wonder what I can find out...

GolfWorld is my favorite golf publication. What's the guy's name? Or at least first name if privacy is an issue. Pun intended.

I don't know, to tell you the truth; all I know at this point is where he lives. I have yet to start doing my sneaking around.

P.S. I'm a big fan as well, I have many a copy in my, uh, library.
